The Lodges at Table Rock Lake

Loved the amount of space. House was beautiful and location was great ! Was not made aware that we had to go to another location for check in which was inconvenient since we had just traveled 12 hours and was ready to relax. Would have liked to have locks on inside of front door, it automatically locked so no one from outside could just walk in but had no way to stop anyone from going out. I have 2 toddlers and they were able to open front door easily because we couldn’t secure it. Overall had a good experience.

Nice two bedroom condo for an excellent price. Nice partial view of the lake. Hard place to find. First, Google sent me to the wrong place, then the right place was hard to find. No signage on the road or on the building. Then when I got there, I found out I had to drive five miles away to another resort to check in. The check in location was also hidden away and very difficult to find I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt. Then, when I checked in I found out it was a time share deal which explained the cheap price.

I read the previous review and thought we were in trouble. The cabin has seen some wear, but it is clean. Not out of the 70's at all. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for six of us. The rooms are large and could easily accomodate littles. We did not experience anything negative.

This was a great place to stay for a family with kids. Our room had a great view of the lake, however, we were the only room with a view as the surrounding trees would have blocked the view. The only drawback or negative I have is the check-in. It is about 6 miles (or more) away and there are no signs on the property telling you where to go. The only reason I was able to find a location was by calling the number of the maintenance guy who gave me directions. Hotels.com and the property itself need to properly disclose this information. And because it is owned by a resort company, they of course try to convince you to attend a meeting over their timeshare properties which we did not. Overall, it was a great stay.
