Accommodating up to 6 guests, this thoughtfully styled apartment is located on the 2nd floor (stair access only) and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Whether you’re cooling off in the pool, or starting the day with a quiet coffee before the beach, everything is set up for an easy, relaxed visit.

Guest Access:

You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself. Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons). Check in from after 3 PM Check out before 10 AM Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is often not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.

From First Avenue, you’re just a short walk to Coolum’s main patrolled beach, ideal for swimming, surfing, or an early morning walk along the shoreline. The area is also home to a great selection of cafes, restaurants, and local shops, making it easy to enjoy everything on foot, from your morning coffee to casual dinners and sunset drinks.



For those who enjoy being outdoors, there are scenic coastal pathways nearby, as well as the popular Mount Coolum walking track, offering panoramic views over the coastline. The area has a laid-back, easygoing feel while still being well connected, with Noosa Heads just a short drive away and the Sunshine Coast Airport only minutes from your door.

Please note:

The apartment is located within a quiet residential complex, and out of respect for neighbours, it is strictly not suitable for parties, events, or loud gatherings. Any breach of these rules may result in a security call-out fee and immediate termination of the stay without a refund.



There is no lift in the complex, and access to the apartment is via stairs to the second floor.



HOUSE RULES:

- no smoking/vaping

- no pets allowed with no exceptions

- no parties/events

- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking

- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
