With heating and AC, a washer/dryer in unit, plenty of storage & a fully stocked kitchenette with full size refrigerator: comfort is always within reach no matter the season. The fresh and brand new interior creates a nice spot to recharge after a long day. Whether you’re here for work or an extended stay, this bungalow provides a cozy retreat. Enjoy your time in Sedalia at our new tiny home village which includes coin operated laundry facilities, a shower house, and lovely country views. We are just outside city limits and offer the best of both worlds; close to all amenities with the space and feel of being surrounded by nature.
Our family-owned and operated RV Park and Tiny Home Village is dedicated to providing a serene and secure environment for all travelers, whether you’re a traveling professional, a fair-goer, or attending a local event. Escape the hustle and bustle and find your peaceful sanctuary with us. We have an on-site property manager who is strict about park rules, we want every guest to enjoy their stay. We have 35 years experience in the RV/Manufactured home industry.

This tiny home was perfect for what I needed while working in the area. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which meant a lot to me. The location was great, with shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. Its also close to the Katy trail, which is perfect for running. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
