The studio includes a double bed and a full bathroom with all essential amenities, ensuring a refreshing and comfortable stay.



Guests have access to excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, perfect for relaxation and wellness. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony while enjoying the serene surroundings of Arjan, or unwind after a day out exploring nearby attractions, such as Circle Mall, just a 12-minute drive away.



We provide hotel-grade bed linens and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap for a seamless arrival experience. Complimentary tea and coffee are included, and a supermarket is conveniently located just across the road, making your stay effortless and enjoyable.
