This is a well renovated new apartment. It has very modern amenities and super clean rooms. The bathroom is small but very modern and multifunctional. The washer is super useful. You can dry the clothes in the patio or inside the bathroom. It would be better if the guide includes how to get additional pillows as the existing ones are a little high. Also, the owner may provide additional towels to use (1 more set will be okay).

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making transportation very easy—just a 5-minute walk away.
The layout of the twin room was excellent. It had been raining in Osaka, but I appreciated the drying function in the room. I especially liked the spacious wardrobe and the temperature-controlled bathtub. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and dedicated to both customer service and daily operations.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time.

This is a new building and the stay was top notch. Close to a station and multiple eateries. The host was responsive in a timely manner. The apartment was big and clean. The beds were comfortable and the drying function in the shower room was awesome. My next trip to Osaka will be easy to plan because this is definitely where I will stay again.

Great location just 5 minutes from the station, where you can find a fantastic fresh bakery on the corner. Perfect for breakfast before heading straight down to the metro. The accomodation was immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable. You can hear a small amount of street noise but only when the occasional motorbikes rev their engines too much. I'm a light sleeper, and this did not sufficiently bother me. It has proper air conditioning, rather than just fans, and this was ideal for August where the nights were 28 degrees. The use of space has been very cleverly considered, fitting in 3 double beds, a small kitchen, a washing machine, and a bath with a shower. The bathroom also has a kind of ceiling fan which dries your clothes when hanging them on the shower pole. Very clever indeed! Super property, great location and a very reasonable price. I would definitely return here if I went back to Japan.
