This vacation rental is located on the first floor, sleeps up to 4 people, and consists of a cozy living/dining room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two separate single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed as needed, a bathroom, and a private, covered 16 m² terrace.
The terrace and one of the bedrooms offer a pleasant view overlooking the pool side of the house.
This vacation rental is equipped with two air conditioning units, one in the living/dining room and another in the master bedroom.
The outdoor area of the house offers plenty of space. There are two parking spaces per vacation rental and a storage area for trailers.
The centerpiece of the property, however, is the 28 m² swimming pool. It boasts excellent water quality thanks to a modern salt-electrolysis purification system.
Sun loungers and a large grill are available in the pool area.
A storage room with charging facilities is available for your bicycles and e-bikes.
