Our home is equipped with a whole house well water filtration system. Outdoor features: quiet, secluded, woodsy. Private stone path from lower level to upper level, 2 outdoor decks, 1 patio, and 1 front porch. For the private airplane enthusiasts the main patio has a wonderful view of a private grass runway (6 Oaks Airport NC67) where you can sit in the comfort of our home and watch small aircraft take off and land once in a while. This mountain home has astounding views from any angle/window/patio. This home has a no pet, no smoking, and no live candle policy. This home has an exterior (only) surveillance camera system of three. One camera is located near the front door entryway, and two cameras are located above the garage doors.
