Golf Cart (Included, Third-Party Activation Required):

This property includes a 6-seater golf cart provided by a third-party company, 30A Gulf Carts. To use the cart, guests must sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts, provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage, and pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Activation instructions are sent after booking.



Parking Rules & Restrictions:

Permitted Vehicles: 3 vehicles maximum

Parking Type: Free parking on premises

Restrictions: No U-Hauls, boats, or trailers



Community & HOA Amenities:

Amenities: 2 community pools (one heated seasonally, Nov 1–Jan 1 and Mar 15–May 15) and a tennis court.

Access: Andalusia Beach Access, 0.4 miles away (about a 3-minute bike ride) — no public parking at this access point, which keeps it uncrowded



What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
