Instead of joining traffic to head into Mid-County, go in the opposite direction to this beautiful house near the Intracoastal Waterway. A breezy outdoor verandah welcomes you home to all the comforts of a coastal cottage just MINUTES from work. Or are you a wildlife/birding enthusiast? There are several key wildlife and birding spots in/near Sabine Pass, most notably Sabine Woods, a premier bird sanctuary, and the Texas Point National Wildlife Refuge, both located directly in or immediately adjacent to Sabine Pass. These sites are renowned stopovers for migratory songbirds, raptors, and coastal waterfowl along the Texas coast. Also, check out McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge and Sea Rim State Park nearby, or the Pleasure Island Marina to access the Gulf waters.

2. NO PETS are allowed - if a pet is brought inside, there is a $300 fee added to your bill.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO LARGE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a large party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing, in addition to any damages. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
