Dawn was the best host I’ve ever had!!! SUPER communicative and made sure we were all comfortable and available if we had any questions. I’ve never been to a VRBO so well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as beach chairs and toys available for us to borrow. Dawn had great tips about the town to make sure we all enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, cozy and well decorated. We enjoyed the fire pit outside after our kids went to bed and had a blast!

Not your average VRBO rental! Beautiful light fixtures.Hand soap smells delightful.Bedding feels luxurious.Soft close drawers on cabinetry.Cutlery is unique. Never found the air freshener but it’s clearly here because the house smells magical.Touch lamps with built in chargers on the bedside. With super dim option which I’ve never seen on another lamp in addition to regular settings. Small touches like the little red fire hydrant on the corner of the yard for the dogs. Really nice bedding, luxury comforters.From games for the family to pots and pans to beach blankets and lanterns, Dawn has thought of everything you need!

The Sunshine Cottage is beautiful, clean, decorated so lovely and has everything you need and so much more.Dawn, the host, is truly a pleasure to communicate with. She responds promptly to your messages and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I celebrated my 60th birthday while here and she had a birthday banner hanging up as we first walked in, a balloon and a welcome that included happy birthday wishes on a cute board in the kitchen.The Sunshine Cottage is also the owners Guest House, has a beautiful and touching story behind it. After building their dream beach home here in Seaside, they built the Guest House as their way to honor their daughter Hayley, who passed way unexpectedly at the age of 19. You can visit Hayley’s Garden there on the property. #belikehaleyI highly recommend anyone visiting Seabrook with a party of 4 to consider staying at the Sunshine Cottage. I know you will love it as much as we did. Thank you, Dawn, for welcoming us into your beautiful guest house. Our stay will be unforgettable and we’ll be back very soon!The Shaw’s
