Multiple levels offer space to gather and unwind, with a state of the art kitchen, large living area, media/game room, and direct access to outdoor dining, fire table, and the water as well as large private bedrooms. Every detail is designed for a luxury lake experience.
Designed for both entertaining and relaxation, this luxury lakefront home offers multiple indoor and outdoor living areas across thoughtfully designed levels. The main floor (2nd floor) features an open-concept living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen with an oversized island, perfect for gathering. This leads to the upper deck of lakeside dock, complete with BBQ pit, sun loungers and outdoor seating and dining with stunning lake views.
The lower level (1st floor) includes a second living/media space with foosball/pool and direct access to the swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, and fire table, as well as dock (direct lake access). Upstairs (3rd floor), you’ll find private, well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and rest.
With seamless indoor-outdoor flow, multiple gathering spaces, and high-end finishes throughout, this home is ideal for families, groups, and lake getaways.
Guests have full access to the home, including all indoor living spaces, pool, hot tub, outdoor areas, and dock. The boat and dedicated boat slip are not available for guest use.
We’re available as needed but give guests full privacy during their stay. If anything comes up or you need recommendations, feel free to reach out anytime.
****PLEASE NOTE****: Some amenities in Horseshoe Bay are exclusive to members of the resort. You must be a member or guest of a member to enjoy the yacht club, HSB Resort golf courses, and some of the exclusive areas/restaurants. This booking does NOT grant access to those amenities. If you have a question about specific access - please send us a message.
