About this house rental

The Boddenhus Loissin is located in the village of Loissin on the East Pomeranian Baltic Sea coast, right next to the Greifswald Bodden. It’s just a few steps to the unspoiled beach on the Bodden. The surrounding area is ideal for swimming, sailing, and cycling. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy in the landscape conservation area around the Bodden and in the nearby coastal forests. Notable attractions in the region include the historic Hanseatic city of Greifswald and the impressive ruins of Eldena Abbey.

The Boddenhus Loissin consists of the “Seeblick” vacation home with a balcony (sleeps 5) offered here, the “Ankerplatz” vacation home (sleeps 5), and the one-room “Koje” apartment (sleeps 2) located between them. All accommodations are fully equipped. The “Seeblick” and “Ankerplatz” vacation homes can also be booked separately. The “Koje” one-room apartment can only be booked in combination with one of the vacation homes. Please inquire about availability and pricing.

The two vacation homes, “Seeblick” and “Ankerplatz,” are mirror images of each other. Each has two bedrooms located in the attic, which are separate from one another. In the “Seeblick” vacation home, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Greifswald Bodden from Bedroom 1 and its balcony. On clear days, you can even see Rügen, and at night, its harbors on the horizon. The kitchen area, dining area, and living area with a fireplace are functionally connected on the first floor. There is also a small shower room on this floor. Through the large patio doors in the living area, you can step out onto your own wooden deck.
In the small garden, you can relax, have a barbecue, or play with your children. On the west side of the property, our garden shed is available, offering storage space (e.g., for bicycles) and a sauna. There you’ll also find an outdoor shower and a portable ping-pong table.

Of course, on-site parking, Wi-Fi, a high chair, stair gates, a travel crib, a baby bathtub, and a toilet seat/potty are available to you free of charge. Towels can be provided by the property management for an additional fee.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find opportunities for windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing surfing, and sailing, as well as a campground that features a restaurant, a mini-golf course, a small store, bicycles, e-bikes, and much more.

In Loissin, you’ll find both a peaceful setting to relax and opportunities for water sports.

We’re happy to assist you with any further questions or requests.
