The location of the apartment was just perfect - a few steps from canals and the Rialto fish market, very close to the Rialto bridge, 10 min from Piazza San Marco. Despite its proximity, the street was quiet and away from the crowds.
You can walk to the apartment from Santa Lucia train station, provided you don't have large suitcases. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely surprise – a bottle of chilled Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge. Thank you so much!
The room and the bathroom were very clean (they provide daily cleaning!). Big comfortable bed and pillows, high ceiling, big mirror on the wall. Great view on the rooftops of the city. I also liked the Venetian style of the interior.
The bathroom is renovated and has a minimalistic design. Great shower with hot water. I also liked the scent of shower gel with argan oil.
The best thing was communication - the team replied almost immediately and helped us with their recommendations and support.
I highly recommend this apartment for a short stay in Venice!
The room had a very small table. We missed having coffee and ceramic cups for tea and coffee, so it would be great to provide them. It would also be nice to replace the plastic wine glasses with glass ones.

Riesiges Zimmer! Sehr gute Lage! Sehr gute Beschreibung for Check in und Kontaktaufnahme!
Wasser zum trinken wäre nett! Betten waren viel zu groß!

We were given instructions how to get access to our room. However when we entered the room we found it already occupied and the two woman very shocked to see me walk into what they thought was their room. Both parties had been given the same room and instructions how to gain entry. The worst part was trying to contact and get a solution from the property managers. We were left waiting in the hall for far too long before any solution was offered.
We are rethinking our future contactless bookings as we have endured far too many issues over access arrangements.
