What a lovely place to stay, Hotel Lucy in Montezuma. The location is perfect, right by the beach, so you fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night. My room was very basic, no luxury, but clean and exactly what I needed for a few nights. The shared kitchen came in handy, and the garden with hammocks was the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or the hike to Montezuma Falls.
The staff were friendly and easygoing, matching the relaxed vibe of the village. Everything in the center of Montezuma is within walking distance, so you never have to travel far. Don't expect a luxury hotel, but for the price you get so much value here.
I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, authentic place close to the beach, no frills but a great atmosphere. I'd book here again in a heartbeat.
