Great stay, unprofessional private "staff"

Location great, rooms good and pool area amazing!

I payed for a apartment and when I came they hade given it to someone else and downgraded me to a small studio missing fridge, washer etc that was in the apartment , and they refused to give me any money back for the downgrade, threaten to remove my booking if I didn't accept the smaller unit for the price of the bigger one. That's very bad customer service. Also had to pay in cash adding fees when taking out money in ATM.

Central location near at Pavilion Mall. Apartment is very near to Bukit Bintang Jalan Alor night market. Clean room and apartment itself was wonderful.

Lift was very crowded

Central location near all tourist spot. View from rooftop and window was wonderful. Friday staff, always response very quick.

Location great, rooms good and pool area amazing!
