The villa has 5 bedrooms (although one is a basement room with tiny windows). All but the basement room have their own bathrooms, so that is nice. Shuttle service to the street is nice. Laundry facilities is nice. Pool is nice.
They give you towels in the bedrooms, but you need to ask for more for the pool and no hand towel was provided in the powder room until we asked. No salt or pepper. The kettle was broken and burning hot, but they replaced it with a new one when we asked. There were plumbing issues in one of the showers (it was completely backed up). They eventually got it fixed. Even though it's a 5 bedroom with king beds in all rooms, so enough sleeping space for 10 people, there are only 6 dining table chairs, so you can't all eat around the table. We also had problems with the front door alarm going off every hour (at night) for no reason. Turns out the battery needed to be changed. Host was responsive to all issues, but for premium price, issues should not have happened.

주변에 식당이나 카페 그리고 배달도 아주 잘이용했구요 호스트분이 굉장히 친절하고 신경을 많이써주셨습니다 4박동안 잘먹고 놀다가 갑니다
시설이 좀 낙후되었지만 청소도 잘해주셨고 친절합니다

Good location. Within 10min walk to beach and nearby restaurants/ supermarkets.
Pool is too small for 5 adults. Have to be wait for buggy transport to and from Villa to main gate.

Best location - quiet but still near the city. Walking distance to beautiful beach. The villa is in a society, so you can easily walk in the premise and access beach directly. The villa was very comfortable and clean. Rooms were big and pool was clean too.
The property is wonderful. The only concern was that aircon was not working properly, but the management team were very quick to respond and fix it. The other issue was blockage in one of the washrooms.
