Excellent position for visiting the old town and near all central facilities. A walk to Nausicaa. Everything in good working order and adequate cooking facilities.
A little cramped and claustrophobic with inadequate ventilation. At the time it was a building site and we had to keep curtains closed. We trusted a previous review which said free parking was available close by and dropping off luggage was easy. At the time we couldn't find any free parking places There is paid parking on Rue des Pipots (a one way street to add to complications in an unknown city)
and we found a place but the meter refused all our cards. Eventually we downloaded an App and used that. Future visitors should profit from.our mistakes and be prepared. We found ourselves constantly anxious. To be fair the owner does not make any claims about parking but helped us as much as he could by phone. Of course there is always the problem of dropping off luggage and the building site made this impossible so more stress lugging heavy bags etc up the hill. We are 78 and experienced travellers around France and we partly rented the studio as it was on the ground floor. Perhaps hills should be mentioned.

Studio très propre, bonne literie, équipements au top que ce soit tv,cuisine, etc ..même des jeux de société sont prévus .Notre séjour a ete tres agréable, nous reviendrons

Studio très bien situé. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Le lit était confortable.
Équipement pour cuisiner un poil léger. Un 2e manche pour poêle et casserole n'aurait pas été de trop par exemple.

L’emplacement était génial avec tout à proximité
Malheureusement ce n’ai de leur faute mais les travaux qui on commencer à 8h du matin gênant pour ce reposer
