Le seul véritable point positif reste la proximité de la mer et du port, ainsi que la climatisation dans les pièces de v

bon emplacement, proche de la mer et du port.

Nous avons constaté la présence de cafards dans le logement, ce qui est inacceptable. Le logement est annoncé pour 7 personnes, mais il est en réalité beaucoup trop petit pour accueillir autant de voyageurs confortablement. La chambre située à l’étage ne dispose ni de climatisation, ni de volets ou de stores, ce qui la rend extrêmement chaude et presque inutilisable en période estivale. Nous avons également été très surpris par la gestion de la caution. Les conditions de réservation mentionnaient une caution de 500 € en espèces, mais il nous a finalement été été demandé 700 € via un lien de paiement en ligne, sans que cela corresponde aux conditions annoncées au moment de la réservation.
