12 to 15 minutes walk to the beach with a nice view on the castle, the house was spacious, It was clean with two separate entrances for GF and 1F, which helps In case you travel with different groups, perfectly working air conditioning but only ground floor was covered, plenty of parking spaces outside the house. Kitchen had everything we needed on both floors, though washing machine door wasnt closing ( not a big thing though, as the one upstairs was fine). Overall, quiet, nice and cozy, with home like feeling location hence highly recommended
You have to use bit of force to ensure front door is locked properly, but it's not a big deal, just make sure you always check before leaving the house
