It was well kept and clean.
We did not have wash rags. We had to use hand towels (not a huge deal). It was loud most of the time with the heavy doors slamming at all hours. The gentleman restocking at breakfast refused to speak. I said good morning no response. I said sorry for being in the way as he was restocking and my husband and I were grabbing food. No response.
