Casa spaziosa ma con rumore dalla strada e cara rispetto ai servizi.

Casa spaziosa con vista mare e tramonto. Parcheggio dedicato in zona.

Materassi vecchi e scomodi; musica dalle strutture intorno dalle 8:30 alle 24:00 ( spiaggia, villaggio turistico adiacente, music bar, …). Poche padelle x cucinare.

Buona posizione e pulito, personale che potrebbe migliorare sulla comunicazione e accoglienza.

Della struttura è molto bella la posizione, il parcheggio disponibile e comodo. Nella struttura è presente l’aria condizionata, letti comodi e una cucina pulita, attrezzata e funzionante.

Il nostro appartamento si trovava al terzo piano senza ascensore che potrebbe risultare problematico per persone anziane. Il terrazzo mostrato nelle foto non era accessibile. In più, forse sarebbe necessaria una maggior comunicazione e trasparenza con i clienti in merito alla raccolta differenziata (non si capisce se bisogna farla o meno) e in merito ad una eventuale penale da pagare per la pulizia che viene esplicitata solo tramite cartelli fuori la porta degli appartamenti . Forse per rendere tutto perfetto basterebbe lavorare sulla comunicazione, sull’accoglienza e sulla cortesia non facendo affidamento solamente alla posizione.

La posizione: a due passi dalla spiaggia principale e vicinissima al centro.

Il mio appartamento era al terzo piano, non un problema per chi è giovane ma faticoso ad una certa età. Il bagno era funzionale ma un pò datato, bisognoso di qualche ammodernamento. Il resto tutto OK.
