Had a wonderful stay at Urban Sanctuary! Everything was excellent — from the cleanliness and comfort to the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. What I liked most? Everything! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

The unit was very clean and comfy. Can fit 4 people because there's a bed and a huge futon. Has netflix too and complete kitchenware.
The owner was unresponsive. Needed to wait for 2 hours which is too much of a hassle because they didn't provide the hosts' number who will assist us upon arriving. Couldn't even call the phone number indicated in the booking because it's not a local number. Although the owner offered a refund to compensate, it still became a factor not to go back even if whe had the best stay. Btw, we were told that this did not just happened once.
