Functional and clean studio.
Communication with Sophia was very easy.
The photos represent it well. The location is really good, close to the metro, with a few good cafés and restaurants nearby….
It is comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfy bed.
The area is ideal for exploring London, a lot of major attractions are walkable, the metro station in just couple minutes walk distance, recommend!
This is a half basement studio, but it makes it nice safe, only 1 neighbor always quiet, there is a large window, and it remains bright and airy when you want it to be!

Dear Sofia, I called booking.com and the propoerty to speak to you. I did ask for a partial refund on my stay. As I had to leave because of a medical situation, I did ask for perhaps 5 days refund on the booking. I had gone to Chelsea Westminster Hosp regarding heart palpitations that wouldn't stop and was told it would be better if I looked into it right way. So I left early. I appreciate everything you did and I believe I was a good tenant during my stay. I would appreciate your considering returning at least 5 days' rental fee. Thank you... Doreen Vanini

A cozy studio very quiet & Private, has all basics for traveller including spare sheets.
Well cleaned, floor is washed can take shoes off, in a historical featured building, but clean no mold!
There is fan provided, nice cool.
Bright, locates 1 floor down from the ground entrance, has a large window facing to a backyard ground floor small terrace, bright, peaceful and secure.
Owner sends all of the access instructions/info well ahead of your trip, you are well looked after and safe!👍🏻

The location is great, walking distance to bus stop, in a beautiful street and calm neighbourhood. The kitchen was basic but had all necessary equipment. The apartment was well cleaned.
There was no bed sheet provided, just a thick cover/ blanket, during a heatwave not very useful. There was mold in the shower. The studio is in the basement which was not clear from the description, which meant there was little to no airflow through the window.
I did not receive instructions on how to enter the space and needed to send a separate email requesting it.
