Everything!!! Spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Could walk to the town centre in a couple of minutes. Wonderful staff that made us feel at home! Food at the restaurant was fantastic.

everything was very good - excellent breakfast, smily and helpful staff, clean, spacious rooms with nice bathroom and very comfortably beds, tasty dinners on hotel restaurant, parking oposite of entry
Papa is small town with small spa - quiet and slow :-)
maybe only one - better sound isolation between rooms

The hotel team nice and happy to help as always.
I was unlucky with my room this week. There was a big machine (compresor? ventilation? ... ) next to my room switching on and off every hour of every night. It was definitely not the fridge or the air conditioning in the room, because those were the first things I switched off. Also not the lift because the buzz noise was on for some minutes and the lift does not take that long, but it was very annoying and I something didn't experience in other rooms I have been on in this same hotel recently.
Again the breakfast cereals offer was poor.
