Exzellente Lage, besonders der grandiose Ausblick über Kopenhagen bis zur Öresundbrücke. Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit Panoramafenstern und Balkon. Sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Recht gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (ca. 10 Min. zur U-Bahn fußläufig).
Die nicht geschlossene Dusche, wodurch das Bad nass wird. Keine Teekanne bzw. Teetassen vorhanden, keine Salatschleuder, kein Sieb, Besteck recht sparsam. Die Tiefgarage ist extrem teuer, wodurch der Tagespreis für die (teure) Wohnung durchschnittlich um 70 Euro steigt. Dies liegt nicht im Ermessen des Vermieters. Allerdings wird bei der Wohnungsbeschreibung bzw. in den Informationen, die man vom Vermieter vorab erhält, darauf auch nicht hingewiesen. Eine praktikable Alternative zur Tiefgarage gibt es nicht. Anleitungen zur wohnungsgerechten Nutzung der Tiefgarage fehlen (Labyrinth der Ausgangstüren und Aufzüge).

Great location and a very friendly, prompt and exceptional host. The instructions for check-in and check-out were absolutely clear. They even accomodated our early check-in requests. Overall a great experience staying at the property and hope to visit again soon!

Fabulous light and airy apartment , well appointed and classy
The apartment was surrounded by gorgeous cafes and green spaces with great views over the city
We visited when it was warm and despite windows that opened , it was a little stuffy but one bedroom had a fan which really helped
