The staff and especially and the owner are extremely friendly and helpful.
The small hotel lies in the middle of the old town of Gjakova and everything is maximally 2 minutes by foot away (the old town is in its majority off limits for cars). Moreover, downstairs from the hotel there is a restaurant what serve from breakfeast to eating for lunch and dinner for a reasonable price.
Everything was fine and so there nothing to complain!

The staff were incredibly friendly and did everything to help. The location was stunning and with incredible views. The decor was modern yet traditional and spotlessly clean and chic. The bed was very comfy, the shower was great and they even provided a hair styler which was amazingly helpful.
