The location was excellent, with a 7-Eleven just a short walk away and convenient parking available. The host was very supportive, responsive, and approachable, which made our stay much easier. The house was exceptionally clean, looked brand new, and easily accommodated our group of 3 adults and 1 infant, with enough space for up to 6 guests. The mattresses were comfortable, smelled fresh, and felt new, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay. The location is walkable to 7E and the famous Dimsum Chabura, there are few more halal spots around the place. It was a short drive to the floating market, Aircond is cold, the TV got youtube, wifi was fast, host (housekeeper) is helpful, communication was smooth, the beds are comfortable and cozy. i would recommend this stay for family. the location is 20 mins away from the busy central hatyai area so if u like a quieter home-type-stay, this is nice. The place is relatively new so cleanliness is great.
The only cons was the stairs is steep and I have a 4 year old running around so constant monitoring and all. Also the 2 rooms are upstairs, so if you have elderly and kids, do take that into consideration - otherwise it is a great place.
