The stuff was very friendly. Breakfast good for the hotel level. Parking facilities reasonably priced. No noise.

The hotel is well located - particularly handy that it is next to a supermarket. The rooms were comfortable and I would say it was overall good value.
The hotel has a cybersecurity issue - either through their Booking account or elsewhere. I received multiple WhatsApp messages from scammers pretending to work for the hotel. Fortunately I am quite savvy to know that these weren't legitimate.
The breakfast looked nice, but the quality of food was a bit disappointing.
