I felt safe throughout my visit. Entry and exit card payment/monitoring on the underground made my journeys easier and therefore more enjoyable.
Entry and exit card payment/monitoring on the underground was only volunteered to me by a helpful staff member, otherwise individual ticket purchase might have seemed excessively troublesome or costly. I did not see any poster or printed information on the use of this 'scan and go' system and in the end I was very happy to have used it.

Location was central in Covent Garden. Multiple museums and tube stops within a 5 mins walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within steps
The a/c kept dripping on the carpet, wondering how much mold may have gathered under it. Breakfast was standard continental.

Very small room and bathroom didn’t feel very private as it was sectioned off with glass rather than walls
