Huset ligger godt i forhold til stranden. Der er god plads. Fint TV. Fint køkken
Affaldssortering. Der var ingen poser til madaffald. heller ingen til øvrigt affald. Ingen vejledning til brug af komfuret

The house is beautiful, cozy and warm, well equipped. We got a code for the key, but at first we couldn't find the place where to enter that same code, which creates confusion... We did not meet or hear the host.
Future guests, please take care of bed linen and towels because we did not receive them. The code for the wifi is in the corridor, which we only noticed on the penultimate day. Recommendation to the owner, put a slightly bigger font for wifi...
If you ignore these two remarks, we definitely recommend visiting...

The house is simply furnished but we had everything we need except bedlinen and towels. The house was clean and all appliances were in working condition. We liked the quiet location by the seaside.
The absence of bed linens and towels is a major inconvenience, especially for air travelers unable to bring these items, unlike those driving. This was not clearly disclosed during booking, leading us to choose this property over a hotel. The host referenced the managing company’s website for details, but expecting guests to search through fine print across multiple pages is impractical.
While the cleaning fee was transparently communicated, a detailed breakdown of what it covers would be helpful, especially since guests are expected to clean or face a $100 charge. The electricity cost adds to the burden. Transparent, all-inclusive pricing would significantly enhance the experience.
The 4pm check-in and 10am check-out times are restrictive and frustrating, with multiple reminders not to arrive early or depart late. Given that guests handle cleaning and no linens or towels are provided, these strict policies seem unjustified.
Overall, this property is not suited for a zen holiday. The need to manage arrival and departure times, source linens and towels, handle cleaning, and cover extra fees disrupts the experience. More guest-friendly policies would make this rental far more appealing.
