Be easy with people who is coming from far.. if the apartment is empty and people can use and take a rest on time

We couldn’t check in on time and no one in apartment, we expected to explain we are coming from far away and we have old people and kids we need to check in on time it possible even we said we will pay extra but unfortunately it doesn’t happen and we was just waiting for confirmation. I checked the apartment it was clean and ready but no we didn’t got any confirmation to check in. It was bad experience for me and family.

I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this apartment, especially for families.

The apartment is on the top floor, and during our stay the temperature reached 34–35°C. We asked for a table fan because the apartment became unbearably hot, but our request was denied. There was no fan. In a place where summer temperatures can get this high, it is hard to understand how even a basic fan is not provided. Staying here in the summer is a very poor choice. Another major issue was the parking and elevator. The parking space for this apartment is on level -2. One evening, around 10:30 PM, we returned with heavy bags and our two children, only to find that the elevator was not working. We had to carry everything up approximately nine floors using the stairs, which was extremely difficult and unacceptable. The cleanliness was also disappointing. The floor was very dusty, and within a few minutes of walking around the apartment, our socks had turned white from the dust. This clearly showed that the apartment had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The apartment itself also had maintenance issues. The curtain was not properly attached to its hooks, so it came loose as soon as we tried to close it. There were also no proper blackout curtains or sunshades, making the apartment even hotter during the day. The amenities were disappointing. Although the apartment looked modern in the photos, the facilities did not match the expectation. Even the TV was outdated and was not a smart TV or connected to the internet. Overall, this was one of the worst stays we have had. The excessive heat, poor cleanliness, poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and the elevator issue made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, both my children and I became sick after this unpleasant experience. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment for families, especially during the summer.
