Casa molto spaziosa e pulita

ENG: We managed to be some of the first guests in this property and we could not have a better stay. The building is located just in the middle of the main street in Varazze and just few minutes walking to the beach! You will find all you need just coming out of the building (small fruit/veggies shops, small supermarket, clothing, bakeries, aperitivo, restaurants, ice creams, etc....). The view from the balcony is great and you have some space to hang your wet beach items to dry. The apartment is spacious, with 2 comfortable bedrooms and extra sleeping space in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with a washing machine inside. Top cleanliness! The hostess was very kind as well and waited for us upon arrival. Recommended 110%.
ITA: Siamo riusciti a essere tra i primi ospiti in questa struttura e non avremmo potuto avere un soggiorno migliore. L'edificio si trova proprio nel mezzo della via principale di Varazze e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia! Troverete tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno appena usciti dall'edificio (piccoli negozi di frutta/verdura, piccolo supermercato, abbigliamento, panetterie, aperitivi, ristoranti, gelaterie, ecc....). La vista dal balcone è splendida e c'è spazio per appendere gli oggetti bagnati della spiaggia per farli asciugare. L'appartamento è spazioso, con 2 camere da letto confortevoli e uno spazio supplementare per dormire nel soggiorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il bagno dispone di lavatrice. Pulizia eccellente! La hostess è stata molto gentile e ci ha aspettato al nostro arrivo. Consigliato al 110%.
ENG: We really liked everything!!. Only point to take into consideration is that the apartment is located on a 2nd floor without lift. In our case, this did not cause any issue, but is appropriate to mention in case this might be an impediment for any family or group.
ITA: Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto!!. L'unico punto da prendere in considerazione è che l'appartamento si trova al 2° piano senza ascensore. Nel nostro caso, questo non ha creato alcun problema, ma è opportuno menzionarlo nel caso possa essere un impedimento per qualche famiglia o gruppo.
