I stayed here for just one night with my family of four (two adults, two kids). It did indeed have everything we needed, enough beds, laundry, etc. the posting did not mention the pet rabbits in the patio, which delighted my wife and kids. This is the host's genuine well-cared-for home, and although it's shockingly small for what it offers, it surpassed expectations. It's in a lovely quiet residential neighborhood very close to the train station. The weather was very hot when I stayed there (and no A/C), but the host had provided portable cooling systems which made the stay pleasant nonetheless. The host left clear instructions, some welcome snacks, made it easy to leave bags, was promptly communicative etc. It felt like a risk as there were few reviews for the property when we booked, but I'm glad we did. This is what a rental-by-owner should be!
Finding the laundry machine was surprisingly hard -- things are tucked away in this small house in surprising places. (For example, the microwave and oven are in the storage shed...) I never did figure out the house fan system from the instructions. But it all worked out in the end! Honestly the stay was a fun lesson for an American in how to live compactly.

This is a small but very charming three-level Dutch house with traditional wooden stairs. The property is very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It is located in the central part of the town, just a few minutes from the train station. The neighborhood is very nice too, with lots of plants and flowers. The house also has a lovely yard with adorable rabbits. You feel like at your relatives or friends home.
