酒店不提供住宿，而且还不取消订单，不退款。
very dissatisfied非常不满意！
本人通过Booking.com成功预订酒店订单，已形成有效住宿服务合同。多次主动致电酒店沟通，仅一次接通，酒店工作人员明确告知房间已满，并发送短信标注“full”，确认无法履约接待入住。
后续我多次通过Booking平台私信、短信主动联系酒店协商取消订单及退款，酒店全程零回复、电话长期拒接，完全失联。我在Booking后台提交酒店责任免费取消申请，平台拖延24小时后驳回退款诉求；平台客服介入尝试联系酒店，同样无法接通酒店，酒店拒不配合处理订单。
酒店自身超售导致无法提供预订约定房间，属于单方面违约，依据平台规则与消费相关法规，酒店应当无条件全额免费取消订单并退还全部房费。但酒店无视预订契约、拒不沟通、拒绝退款；Booking平台未履行中介监管责任，无法约束合作酒店，驳回合理退款申请，给我造成资金损失与行程困扰，现正式要求：
立即全额免费取消本订单，原路返还全部支付房款；
对酒店超售违约行为进行平台处罚。
I successfully booked a hotel reservation through Booking.com, establishing a valid accommodation service contract. I contacted the hotel multiple times by phone to communicate, but only received one answer—during which the staff clearly informed me that all rooms were fully booked and sent a text message marked "full," confirming they could not fulfill the booking.
Subsequently, I repeatedly reached out via private messages and SMS on the Booking platform to negotiate cancellation and refund, but the hotel remained unresponsive throughout, consistently refusing calls and completely cutting off communication. I submitted a request for free cancellation due to the hotel's responsibility through Booking’s backend system, but the platform delayed processing and rejected my refund claim after 24 hours. When customer service intervened to contact the hotel, they also failed to reach anyone, and the hotel refused to cooperate in resolving the issue.
The hotel’s overbooking directly prevented them from providing the reserved room, constituting a unilateral breach of contract. According to platform rules and consumer protection regulations, the hotel should unconditionally cancel the booking at no cost and fully refund all payment. However, the hotel has disregarded the booking agreement, refused communication, and denied refunds. Meanwhile, Booking.
