Nous avons récupéré les clés vers 18h30, dès l’entrée nous avons été surpris par l’odeur et l’état des communs ! Nous sommes sortis avec les enfants pour faire un tour sur la plage et prendre de quoi manger.
En faisant d’avantage le tour du logement pour aller se laver ,… nous constatons malheureusement que rien ne va à part l’emplacement.
Du sable déjà présent, canapé plus que taché, salle de bain qui sans l’urine,le renfermé et pour le coup pas du tout fonctionnelle (bac de douche sans vraiment de rebord et juste un rideau. Si nous l’avions utilisé à coup sûr c’était inondé de partout),pot de nutella entamé dans le meuble cuisine dans un état immonde, vaisselle pas très propre , balai tout collant et odeur désagréable.
Nous avons essayé de contacter directement pour une réclamation mais je n’ai vu aucun lien pour effectuer cette demande.
Résultat des courses, les clé ont été remises dans le boîtier et nous sommes rentrés chez nous !
De l’argent jeté à la poubelle pour nous malheureusement !

Je souhaite récapituler l'ensemble des faits afin d'éviter toute confusion.
Dès mon arrivée dans le logement, j'ai constaté plusieurs anomalies que je vous ai signalées immédiatement. Le ménage n'était, selon moi, pas correctement réalisé. Le canapé était sale et mon conjoint a lui-même ramassé une pelle entière de sable et de saletés après avoir passé un coup de balai. J'ai également constaté que la lumière de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas et que le décodeur TV n'était pas installé, ce qui m'a obligé à le brancher moi-même pour pouvoir utiliser la télévision.
J'ai aussi attiré votre attention sur le fait qu'un supplément de 14,90 € m'était facturé pour mon chien au titre d'un nettoyage approfondi, alors même que des poils étaient déjà présents dans les parties communes à notre arrivée.
À votre demande, je vous ai transmis des photographies afin d'illustrer les différents problèmes rencontrés.
Par la suite, souhaitant simplement aérer les parties communes en raison d'une forte odeur de renfermé, j'ai tenté d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Les poignées me sont restées dans les mains car elles ne tenaient pas. Je les ai immédiatement remises en place et j'ai précisé qu'elles n'étaient pas cassées, mais qu'elles ne permettaient simplement pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres.
Malheureusement, au lieu d'échanger sereinement sur les difficultés rencontrées, j'ai eu le sentiment que ma réclamation était minimisée. Le problème de ménage a notamment été résumé à « une chips près du canapé », alors que les photographies montrent une situation bien plus importante. Il m'a également été reproché d'avoir ouvert les fenêtres des parties communes, comme si j'avais commis une faute, alors que ma seule intention était d'aérer un espace où régnait une odeur particulièrement désagréable.
