The Studio room was airy and had a beautiful view. Viet at the reception spoke English very well and was incredibly helpful in recommending a place to rent a motorbike.

Das Hotel ist neu und man kann ganz bequem zu Fuß zur Drachenbrücke gehen. Alle Mitarbeiter, von Na bis zu den anderen, waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top!

The room was very nice—clean, spacious, and fully furnished, almost like a studio apartment that would be comfortable for a long-term stay. The only downside is that the ventilation isn’t very good, so it’s better to keep the AC on 24/7.
The location is excellent, right between the city center and the beach. It’s also very convenient for accessing everything you might need, including motorbike rentals, a 24/7 convenience store, food, cafés, pharmacies, and more.
The staff is nice and friendly when communicating f2f.
The only negative part of my experience was the call from the staff before check-in. They asked me to pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer to an account that they would send to me via Zalo. I completely understand why they may have this request, especially if they’ve experienced last-minute cancellations from previous guests. However, from a customer’s perspective, making a bank transfer to an account sent through Zalo before check-in can also feel risky, as there is always a possibility of falling victim to a scam. 🥲
I hope they can find a more secure and transparent way to handle deposits in the future, like stating this in their policies or request for prepaid via booking platforms, so that both the property and its customers can feel protected.

Het hotel is erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco had ’s avonds een klein probleempje, maar Thuyen van de receptie kwam meteen even kijken en heeft het snel opgelost. Super service!
