Loved the property. Modern, clean, well furnished, nice staff at reception and at the restaurant. Had booked a 1 bedroom but it was on the 1st floor. Reception helped locate a 2 bedroom on the 6th floor. Paid for the upgrade but the view of the ocean was totally worth it. Loved that I could walk in 2 mins to the promenade for my morning run. Breakfast was good quality on the à la carte mains. The buffet was good but limited.
Nothing. Some noise from the Sea Point road at night but that’s a function of the location.

Bei dem Gesamtpaket, ist das aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Excellent location right on the promenade at Sea Point. Stayed for 10 nights and was very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and close to checkers supermarket. Good parking and a security guard who helps you find a space. Car park located under the hotel and barrier entry so very safe. Very spacious room. Good price on booking.com
Our room wasn’t cleaned well. Big pile of sand left on the floor which we ended up cleaning ourselves, so didn’t ask for the cleaners again. Room 205 over an extractor fan which meant that when we opened the balcony doors there was often a food smell. Probably better to have a room on a high floor. These are minor things though and we would stay again.

After 9 nights in Kruger, we wanted a comfortable place to stay for our 10 nights in Cape Town, ideally in a great location. Horizon Apartments exceeded our expectations and truly deserves a 10/10.
The apartment was very clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful sea view. The location was perfect — right by the promenade, which was wonderful for enjoying the sunsets, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Having a private parking space was also a big plus.
The apartment itself had absolutely everything we needed — honestly, everything. The staff were also extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
We can highly recommend the breakfast as well. It was fresh, delicious, and we enjoyed it every day while sitting there with a beautiful view of the sea.
We felt very comfortable during our entire 10-night stay and would definitely come back again.
A very special thank you to the entire team for the wonderful birthday surprise for my son and my wife. They were both absolutely delighted, and it made their birthdays even more special.
