Easy to collect the key from a key box. Apartment was spotless, well resourced and centrally located.
Online check in process was cumbersome, the original link didn't work and paying the damages deposit didn't work either initially.

The apartment is quirky and furnished to a good standard. It is next to a through road so some noise in the daytime but really quiet at night even though it is a central town location. Comfortable bed, good, hot showers, well equipped. Good Wifi - when you have been given the correct log in details! Easy free parking on the road outside. Check in is easy via keybox. The apartment could easily have a rating of 10 if they sort out the issues detailed below.
You do get noise from the apartment above but this could be normal for a flat (we live in a house). We did have to complain about the window blinds not working (via a remote control). One blind would not close at all and the other could not be opened. The shower door in the ensuite was faulty so we choose not to use that. The WiFi was good but they gave us the wrong codes in the welcome pack so we had to query that. But all easy to do via WhatsApp. There is no physical Reception person there. I had to take down some of the quirky Jesus pictures, especially the one in the bathroom that said 'I saw that', because it felt weird, but that's personal taste!
