I had the best experience ever had in England

The layout

Nothing, I am happy with the property

9 / 10

It certainly suited all our needs was well placed and was very comfortable and quiet

The location for my attendance at the AO Arena was excellent.

You need to make sure you take all your food. There was no tea coffee salt and pepper etc. All the verification required seemed a bit onerous. People were smoking at the entrance to the building and that drifted up and in our open window.

Nothing to say but be mindful of booking. They will never make a concession to make your stay better or remotely good.

Close to city center. Has a good gym.

Actual property was just there. Nothing additional. Maintenance would never attend to challenges in the flat so don’t even bother. The problems with the accommodation will never be attended to. The washing machine broke. The shower did not drain properly. The door lock was weird. No maintenance team ever showed up despite several calls and emails. No extra sets of beddings for the 3 rooms. Just 1 extra duvet cover and few towels. Very poor for a 3 bed flat. You have to pay extra for cleaning!! A whole 210 pounds per time. Good luck booking this accommodation. You will not be very happy.
