Lovely house in the outskirts of Navan. Very quiet neighbourhood, we had such a peaceful sleep. The house was lovely, three large double bedrooms. And we were able to fit three cars in the driveway.
Early checkout. 12 would have been better.

Very convenient to Navan and to Lighthouse Church (St Stephen's School) which we were visiting on Sunday morning. Could walk there.
The garden needed a bit of TLC but really not a problem. It didn't match the superior quality of the house.

Spacious house with comfortable furniture
No towels in downstairs toilet or kitchen. Plugs missing. Garden and outside area needs tidying. No TV - a must nowadays

We arrived and booked this accommodation as we were guests at a wedding in a nearby town. Initially everything was fine accommodation was of good quality and clean. However, the first issue was that the blinds in the living room would not go down. As the accommodation faces the main road we could not use the living room due to a lack of privacy.
The accommodation has an en-suite, an upstairs bathroom with shower and a downstairs cloakroom. When we attempted to shower on the morning of the wedding neither shower allowed us to shower properly as the water cut off. This did not allow us to wash and prepare properly for the wedding. We then realised all bathroom facilities upstairs basins, toilets had no water supply. I contacted the proprietor by message and advised of situation. I did receive a call we were out of the property at the time trying to source a hairdresser to allow us to get sorted for the wedding.
The proprietor managed to get hold of a plumber and he advised me in a message that there was an issue with the pump, however as it was the weekend nowhere was open to get a part. I was advised the downstairs cloakroom should be used.
The following morning I was sent a message asking me to check the showers as the plumber had made a temporary fix to allow us to use the facilities. Initially there was some water, however when we went to shower once again the water was not available.
These events took the shine off what should have been a joyous occasion, we did not consider the accommodation good value for money given the circumstances of no adequate washing facilities or privacy in the living room in the evening.
