L’appartamento è nuovissimo molto spazioso e rifinito.
Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni esigenza.
Senza prendere l’auto si può andare a pied, c’è un bar sotto dove fare colazione, il supermercato, la posta insomma tutto e’ a portata di mano.
Vicino a Maricentro se doveste avere la necessità di fare il concorso in marina.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.
La possibilità di parcheggiare ma questo non dipende dalla struttura.

The location is convenient for exploring Taranto and the surrounding area. The host is reachable and replies quickly to messages. When we raised concerns about the receipts, he corrected them and refunded part of the amount, as the tourist tax had been calculated incorrectly, and he provided spare bed linen free of charge.
Payment was awkward and stressful. First we were asked to transfer via Revolut, then told there was a limit on their account, and in the end everything had to be paid in cash. The payment method should have been clear and agreed in advance.
The initial receipts were incomplete — no revenue stamp, no signature and no separately stated tourist tax — so we had to ask for them to be reissued.
For a seven-night stay, a change of towels should be included in the price. Instead, 15 € per set is charged, which is not a negligible amount for a family.
We were told that guests empty the air-conditioning condensate themselves, but not that this involves 25-litre containers that have to be carried across the apartment to the bathroom. That is not manageable for every guest and should be clearly stated in the listing.
The floors were not clean on arrival.
