Host and the company seem very professional and organized. I would’ve given them a higher score but sadly they moved me to a property different from the one I booked. This is a typical strategy in these big cities. I accepted it because I always like to give chances to new small companies. But I ended up not sleeping well. Hopefully they don’t fall in this trend.
even expecting that probably the area was a noisy one, I wasn’t expecting a car wash next door that works all night. Then you hear like a water pressure machine even at 3am. I Couldn’t sleep well.

el projector i el servei de rentadora i assecadora.
Només arribar se'ns va embossar el wc, cosa que van solucionar relativament ràpid. Van enviar a una dona a arreglar-ho i tot i que tot i així va seguir funcionant regular, la dona va fer tot el possible per arreglar-ho. A l'endemà va caure un diluvi, i ens va aparèixer una panerola al lavabo. Les dues tenim pànic i no sabiem que fer. Vam escriure als propietaris, la resposta va trigar una mica, i amb el diluvi no ens van poder ajudar, però esperàvem que vinguèssin després per evitar que apareguèssin més, ja que era un baix i hi havia molta facilitat a que apareguessin. No van venir. Vam deixar els diners a la caixeta el segon dia perquè havien de venir a buscar-lo i tampoc va aparèixer ningú, el vam acabar deixant allà al fer el check out i imaginem que l'hauran rebut ja que ningú ens ha dit res. No vam passar una bona segona nit i no repetiríem, han de millorar moltes coses i estar més pendents si volen que la gent s'hi senti a gust.
