Free parking, decent location, the 2 bottles of water we received, big rooms.
No elevator, room and furniture looked a little bit to used, no smart TV even if the host said it was smart, it wasn't. Almost no consumables for the bathroom compared to others, this was like almost nothing, we got a coffee machine but no coffee, we got 2 bottles of water even if we were 4 members, in any other place we have been we got 4. The garage key was in a locker which was already open when we arrived, so I did not had to put the code cause it was open, guess host forgot to scramble the code.

The host was very friendly and supportive. We arrived earlier and we had the pleasant surprise of an unexpected early check in. The appartment was clean and confortable. Big rooms offering enough space for a family of 4. Having a garage for the car was a big win, as parking in the area was proven to be quite challenging.
The kitchen could have been better equipped. It was enough for our needs, but a cutting board or bottle opener would have been useful. Considering the property was recently listed, most likely there will be some upgrades over the time
