Ein wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Appartament in der Nähe von Venedig. Wir haben uns wie bei uns zu Hause gefühlt. Im Erdgeschoss. Das Ehepaar vom appartemt ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es fehlt an nichts. Einfach mit dem Bus 53E nach Venedig fahren und per Carte im Bus bezahlen.
Da gibt es nichts negatives

这套房子非常的干净舒适，一切都非常的新，感谢房东送的零食、面包、咖啡、茶、还有酒。我们在这里度过了两个非常愉快的日子。为此次的威尼斯之行提供了一个温馨的住所，房子到威尼斯也很方便，走100多米就有直达威尼斯的大巴车。总之一切都非常完美！有机会我们还会再回来住！
要是有洗衣机就更好啦，方便那些短租的客人

L'appartamento "Casa Mia" è una struttura estremamente curata, nuova e impeccabilmente pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, inclusa una lavastoviglie. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e ben organizzati, con un piacevole ambiente esterno arricchito da una pergola in legno e tessuto, ideale per pranzi all’aria aperta immersi in un bellissimo giardino curato.
La posizione è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo strategica, ben collegata alle principali zone di interesse e servita da supermercati, ufficio postale, ristoranti, pizzerie e un’eccellente pasticceria. Il parcheggio gratuito, situato a pochi metri dall’ingresso, è un ulteriore punto di forza. L’area, poco trafficata, garantisce inoltre un riposo silenzioso e rilassante.
Un valore aggiunto è rappresentato dalla straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari: un’attenzione verso gli ospiti davvero rara, che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
