The location of the apartment was perfect for us - close to the historic old town, and near all the transport links, but situated on a street that doesn't get too busy. The apartment is spacious and well furnished, and was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed in terms of dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc. Shower, WiFi, kettle etc all worked fine. Communications with the owner were first class: MIchael responded quickly to my messages and was really helpful during our stay. We also rather liked the artworks hung in the apartment :-)
It is an attic apartment, so it does get quite hot during the day (especially for those of us used to a Scottish summer!) if left closed up and unoccupied. But there are two air coolers and a fan to help cool things down when you get back from a day's sightseeing.

Everything is working and it is clean. Michael is very nice guy to talk to and very helpfull. If.you need something.
There are basically 2 rooms ( 1 woth tv other like bedroom) and 3 double beds so it was fit for our needs.
I would come there again.
There is no air conditioning but as I know now it is not possible to have it. We had 32-38 outside to it was hot but managable (sweatty all then time).
Windows only to inner yard if you may call it but for us it was minor thing.
Beware of bars that is near you ( specialy the one that has bar near elevator) - might try to scam on tips.

žádná snídaně nebyla ,jedině co je plus tak čistota a přímo v centru
problém velký a to ,že je podkrovní byt bez klimatizace to je prostě problém velký konkrétně v těchto dnech
