Miła podłoga, wygodne łożka, sprawna dobrze zlokalizowana klimatyzacja. Zacienienie (rolety) w sypialni. Parking, budynek zacieniony częściowo drzewami, łatwy i jasny dojazd. Brak zapachów w budynku. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plazy. W nocy cisza i spokój. Blisko do miasteczka ze sklepikami i restauracjami. Beach bar dostepny pieszo. Plaza pusta. Piasek z kamyczkami ale mozna budować zamki z piasku. W bliskim otoczeniu miłe koty. Czysto. Informacje przekazywane przez firme zarzadzajaca nieruchomoscia bardzo ok! Sprzety bardzo dobrej wysokiej klasy! WARTO! Brak opinii ale serio BARDZO, BARDZO DOBRA MIEJSCÓWKA! Do Aten jakies 45-60 minut. Dobry dojazd!

Komunikacja z firmą - właścicielem obiektu a właściwie z osobami "bez nazwiska i imienia" - to tez pewna wada. Dom jest dzielony czego do konca nie widac - ale to nie przeszkadza. Uszkodzona jedna z toalet.
