We spent a wonderful week at OrtoNoto near Noto, and it is a place we will remember for a very long time.
OrtoNoto is beautifully set in nature and has just five rooms, each featuring a modern, tasteful, and minimalist design. But what makes this place truly special are the hosts, Sandrine and Marco.
From the very first moment, they make you feel less like a guest and more like a friend coming home.
They run the entire place themselves, creating an incredibly personal and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing feels artificial or overly polished—everything feels genuine, relaxed, and full of heart.
Marco’s cooking is another highlight. Breakfast is exceptional, built around a wonderful farm-to-table concept and featuring fresh local products. In the evenings, Marco cooks with great passion and flexibility, creating delicious local dishes.
It is not about formal perfection; it is about authenticity, passion, and the joy of sharing good vibes and food.
Sandrine and Marco have created something truly unique at OrtoNoto: a beautiful place surrounded by nature, combined with extraordinary hospitality and a genuine feeling of home.
We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return anytime. Thank you, Sandrine and Marco, for making our week in Sicily so special!

Powerful, happy, sweet and warm hosts. Local food from quality products made into Michelin like tasteful dishes. Absolut top! View. Pool. Olive Oil. Tranquillo, grazie mille! :) One of the best establishments in Sicily!
Road beetween main road and OrtoNoto. But that is nothing compare to the prosof the one of the best establishments in Sicily.
