The fact that everything you need was at your doorstep.
I liked everything,there were Just a couple of minor problems that every caravan has sooner or later but I did explain what those were.it was all brilliant.

Lovely caravan, had everything we needed for our stay with 2 children. Owner very pleasant and responsive to all queries. It is 2 mins from the beach (over a stair bridge over the railway) but it’s a great location for north wales days out!!
Double bedroom curtain pole was broken by previous stay. But owner responded very quickly to us about it.

Location very close to the beach and the actvity area , which is excellent for kids.
The accommodation was very clean and gave a very nice welcoming.
My only negative are the bed spring mattresses used, which makes sleeping on them very difficult as we are use to a more firm foamed mattress at home for a good night sleep. The host should consider a change.
Also a problem with the shower room door, which made it difficult to open from the inside therfore required another person to open the door from the outside.

The staff were very helpful through out our stay, the caravan was in a nice relaxed location with friendly people around, easy access to beach and kids activities we really enjoyed our stay
The beds wasnt very comfortable there was no bin bags to refill the bin no parking near the caravan the shower kept going hot and cold
