Pouca atenção por parte dos responsáveis a resolver problemas

Estacionamento. A vista para o lago.

A cama do meu filho não estava feita, nem sequer o edredon ensacado. Não havia toalhas de banho (100x50), apenas toalhas de rosto (40x80). Quando ligámos a responsável mandou-nos fazer a cama e disse que não tinha conhecimento de toalhas de banho maiores que aquelas... que nos Paises Baixos não se usava!!!! Mesmo que nunca tenha viajado ou ido simplesmente ao IKEA oi à Primark de onde eram várias coisas lá em casa teria visto outra realidade.... O acesso é mau para quem tem malas grandes pois o estacionamento, apesar de amplo, fica longe da casa e as malas não rodam na gravilha. Pode haver quem goste, mas a falta de qualquer blackout na sala ou no quarto dificultou muito o nosso descanso. Sinceramente, a não repetir!
