El departamento era exactamente como aparecía descrito y se mostraba en las fotos. Es muy cómodo, estaba impecablemente limpio, bien organizado, decorado con muy buen gusto y perfectamente equipado. La cama era muy cómoda y todo funcionaba a la perfección: el refrigerador, la cocina, la cafetera, el microondas y el wifi.
La ubicación es privilegiada, en pleno centro histórico de Buenos Aires: a una cuadra de la Plaza de Mayo y de la Casa Rosada, a pocos minutos de Puerto Madero y a unos diez minutos del Obelisco y de la avenida Corrientes, donde se encuentran los principales teatros.
Además, el departamento está ubicado en un precioso edificio histórico, el palacio Raggio, que ha sido cuidadosamente restaurado y modernizado. Al entrar, sorprende gratamente encontrar incluso una exposición de arte en la planta baja. El edificio cuenta también con recepción y seguridad las 24 horas.
La comunicación con el propietario fue excelente: siempre cordial, atento y disponible ante cualquier consulta o necesidad. Su ayuda hizo que toda la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. En definitiva, una estancia excelente y un alojamiento absolutamente recomendable.

It is impressive and amazing a flat like this, first the building it is a protected historical building which has been fully refurbished, then the location of the bulding. 200 m from the historical landmark El Cabildo, 350 m from the presidencial working place named Casa Rosada. Last the apartment is very nice in terms of space, very good if you need to work while staying there and also has a small terrace (interior) for summer, as well there is swiming pool in the roof of the building, gym and sauna. An impressive place to stay in Buenos Aires. Near everything.
Actually everything was perfect there is no negative point to highlight.
